Inside the building, a boxing ring is immediately past the entrance foyer. Several NCR troopers guard the door and intersection in front of the building next to a radio tuned to NCR440 on a crate. The building is located on the southwest side of town, with a commanding view of the main commercial area of Union City.
The headquarters building has been appointed with NCR regalia, string lights, and pre-War advertisements.
Located in the pre-War El Casino ballroom, the Star Player will be directed to this location to begin the New California Republic main questline.
